FAQ’s
When did season tickets and memberships for 2010/11 go on sale?
Season tickets and memberships went on sale from 25 June 2010. All Gold season ticket holders will have their seat from last season reserved until the Reds’ first match of the season on August 6. Any seats not renewed by this time will be released back to general sales. All remaining seats are available for sale to the general public.
Season ticket and membership sales will cease on Tuesday 1 January 2011.

When will I receive my season ticket and lanyard?
Please allow for at least 14 working days for your season ticket or membership card and lanyard. Please note delays can occur.

How do I pick up my supporters kit?
If you have purchased a supporters kit in addition to your season ticket, you will be able to collect it from the AUFC club store from late-July. Alternatively, you can select the postal option to receive your kit in the post (a postage fee of $9.50 applies). Please note that all kids receive a supporters kit as part of their membership. This will also be available for collection from late-July.

Can I sit with my friends at the game?
Gold Season Ticket – generally, yes. If you are a new season ticket holder and would like to be seated with a group of friends or family or with existing season ticket holders, please ensure that all application forms are fastened and lodged together. We will endeavor to accommodate all requests of this nature, but due to seating availability, we may not be able to allocate your group in your preferred section of the Western Grandstand.

Red Season Ticket – Yes. If you are a Red season ticket holder you are free to sit anywhere in the East or South Stand, and anywhere in the Northern Stand (excluding the reserved supporter area).

Am I entitled to a concession season ticket?
Those holding the following cards are entitled to a concession season ticket:
Pension card (aged, sole-parent and disability); Seniors card; Full time student card; Health care card.
Concession cards must be produced at Hindmarsh Stadium to gain entry, and at the ticketing agency when purchasing the season ticket.

Is there disabled seating at Hindmarsh Stadium?
Yes, there is disabled seating in each of the stands (a carer is admitted free of charge with the purchase of a wheelchair seat). Please consult with the ticketing agency for availability.

If I can’t attend a home game, can my friend use my season ticket instead?
Generally, yes. Your season ticket is transferable. If you have an adult season ticket then a friend may use it for a game you cannot attend. If you have a concession season ticket and your friend does not currently hold a concession card, than he/she is NOT allowed to use your season ticket. If you have a child season ticket and your friend is an adult or concession card holder, he/she may NOT use the season ticket.

When does my membership expire?
All memberships expire and must be renewed on or before June 1 each year to remain current.

What happens if I lose my season ticket card?
Adelaide United FC accepts no responsibility for cards lost, stolen or destroyed. Lost cards must be reported to the ticketing agency immediately. Replacement cards are issued at a cost of $10 each. A statutory declaration must be completed and submitted to the ticketing agency prior to the issue of a new card.

Does my season ticket guarantee me entry to the 2010/11 HAL Finals Series?
No. Your season ticket only gives you entry to the 2010/11 Hyundai A-League regular season. Your season ticket does however give you priority to purchase tickets for the 2010/11 HAL Finals Series should Adelaide United FC qualify.

If I buy a gold season ticket, am I entitled to the same seat during the finals series?
All season ticket holders have priority to purchase tickets for the finals series should Adelaide United FC qualify. However, due to the finals series being run by Football Federation Australia, your preferred seats are not guaranteed. Seats may be allocated on a next best available basis.

What is the Reserved Supporter Area?
The reserved supporter area is an area in which Adelaide United fans can sit together to support the team. This is not a general admission area. A reserved ticket must be purchased to enable access into this area. Individual seats are numbered and allocated. Tickets for this area can also be purchased on a match by match basis. There are limited seats available in this area, so to ensure you have a guaranteed seat in the supporter area for all 15 home games you must buy a season ticket. Bring your drums, bring your flags and make some noise for the Reds.
