FAQ

What if my sponsored player departs during the season?

If your sponsored player departs during the season, your sponsorship will be transferred across to the next available squad player

If my sponsorship is transferred to another player, what do I get?

If your originally selected player departs and you are then transferred across to another player, you will receive a signed jersey of your new player. This jersey will be unframed unless framing is requested (at a potential additional cost)
All other parts of the package will remain the same – Your branding will be transferred over to your new player with your tickets remaining the same also
Regardless of whether you have already used your player appearance or not, once you’re allocated a new player, the appearance opportunity will reset with your new player

What if I’m unable to use my player appearance during the season?

If you are unable to utilise your player appearance during the season, we are happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis to see what may work before the players depart for their off-season, but please note that this appearance won’t carry over into the following season

When can I attend the closed training session and can I bring guests?

Throughout the season, a few nominated dates will be put forward by your Commercial Representative for the appropriate training session available to attend

You and One (1) x guest can attend this closed training session

What does the ‘Walk-out Mascot’ opportunity involve?

You will have the opportunity to put forward One (1) x person between the ages of 4-12 to walk-out alongside a player at One (1) x Regular Season Home Match
