Adelaide United is looking for passionate, enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our ever-growing coaching team as a casual community coach.
The Casual Community Coach’s primary responsibility is to facilitate, plan, deliver, or take the lead in various community football programs for Adelaide United, with the aim of boosting participation and engagement in line with the Club’s Community principles.
Working closely with the Head of Junior Development, you will be required to facilitate and deliver coaching sessions at a number of our community programs for kids between the ages of 5-14 years old.
We have a strong belief in creating a positive community with our fans and we would love to have an enthusiastic coach on board to join our fantastic team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored football sessions suitable for diverse target audiences within various community programs, including but not limited to:
- Junior Development Program
- School Holiday Clinics
- United in Schools
- School Visits
About You
- To have had a previous experience in coaching
- Knowledge, experience, and passion for community coaching
- To demonstrate adaptability, both on and off the field
- Demonstrating key leadership skills
- Displaying the key club values through your coaching
Essential Requirements
- Driver’s license
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
