United in schools

About our program

The United in Schools Program is an engaging, school-based initiative that uses football as a platform to inspire and educate students. Specifically designed for students in Years 5โ€“6, this dynamic 5-week program combines interactive classroom sessions with exciting on-field activities, thereby creating a well-rounded learning experience that extends far beyond the game itself.

Delivered by professional coaches and supported by Adelaide United players as role models, the program provides a unique opportunity for students to connect with the game while simultaneously building valuable skills that translate into everyday life. Through this combination of sport and education, students are encouraged to develop confidence, teamwork, and resilience in a fun and supportive environment.

As part of Adelaide Unitedโ€™s ongoing commitment to the community, the program continues to reach schools across the state, therefore creating meaningful connections and delivering a lasting impact for students, schools, and local communities alike.

FOODLAND ON THE BALL

Foodland is proud to support Adelaide United with the United in Schools Program. Through this partnership, Foodlandโ€™s involvement highlights the companyโ€™s strong dedication to positively impacting young South Australians, while also reinforcing the importance of health, wellbeing, and community connection.

In addition, Foodlandโ€™s On The Ball Program will be featured throughout the delivery of the initiative. As a result, all students involved will receive a Foodland tote bag filled with healthy snacks, thereby encouraging positive lifestyle choices both during and beyond the program.
