Friday night was our final home game of the regular season for our Women’s and Men’s teams and it was a special one – Members Round.
This year Adelaide United took our Members Round celebrations to the next level — celebrating the people who are truly at the heart of the club.
From taking over social media and forming a special Guard of Honour for our A-League Women to a special post-game jersey presentation from our A-League Men, here’s how we celebrated our Reds family.
A-League Women’s Pre-Game Social Media Takeover
Two of our lucky members, Emma and Holly, we’re enlisted as our new Social Media Managers for our A-League Women’s Warm up.
The pair were invited into the stadium before gates opened to watch warm up and shoot some content, giving them a special behind-the-scenes look at matchday. Here’s how it went:
A-League Women’s Guard of Honour
Members were at the centre of every moment on Friday, including a special guard of honour for our A-League Women’s side. As the teams walked out, they were flanked by A-League Women’s members.
Each member was also presented with a player signed ball as a small token of appreciation for a brilliant season.
A-League Men’s Prematch Video Tribute
In the stadium, a special pre-game video played on the big screen – game day from your perspective! Built from footage and photos submitted by fans themselves, it was the perfect way to showcase how special our fans make Coopers Stadium every single matchday:
A-League Men’s Post-Match Presentation
At full-time of our A-League Men’s match, 18 of our most dedicated members were presented with a 24/25 Adelaide United Shirt on the pitch — a gesture of thanks from the Club for their unwavering support.
Each player made their way over to sign their shirts, take photos, and share a few special words with our lucky members.
