On Friday, 18 April 2025, Coopers Stadium witnessed history.
In a thrilling 3-2 win over Wellington Phoenix, Isaías stepped onto the pitch for the 286th time, officially becoming the most capped player in Adelaide United’s history — surpassing Club great Eugene Galekovic.
To commemorate this remarkable achievement, Adelaide United has produced a special 15-minute documentary featuring Isaías in his own words.
In the film, the Spaniard reflects on his greatest memories at the Club, including iconic trophies, fan connections, and the moment Adelaide truly became home for him and his family.
“It’s something really special,” Isaías says. “I never imagined I’d be here this long — but I’m so proud of this journey.”
From his debut in 2013 to captaining the Reds through countless battles, Isa has epitomised loyalty, professionalism, and passion. This documentary gives fans a rare glimpse into the mindset and heart of a true Club legend.
