The Australian Professional Leagues (APL) has announced Adelaide United’s Liberty A-League Round 16 fixture has been rescheduled.
Originally fixtured for Sunday, 11 February, the match against Wellington has been shifted to a mid-week match on Wednesday, 20 March.
With the OFC Olympic Qualifiers scheduled in Samoa from February 7-19, there is a potential that half of the Phoenix squad could be called up to represent New Zealand.
To avoid a clash, the proactive decision was made by the APL to reschedule the match and instead play it at Porirua Park.
