Fresh new look: Rainbow Fresh announced as front of shirt sponsor for Adelaide United Women’s warm-up shirts

Adelaide United is thrilled to announce Rainbow Fresh as the front of shirt sponsor for our Ninja A-League Women’s warm-up shirts for the 2024/25 season.

Rainbow Fresh, a beloved local brand, has been a primary producer for over 50 years, providing South Australia and bordering regions with high-quality, locally grown leafy green salads. The company, founded by the Giangregorio family, started as a small husband-and-wife operation and has since grown into an iconic South Australian produce brand. Operating from their original location in Lewiston, Rainbow Fresh has expanded its facilities and now manages up to 300 acres of open field farming.

Juliet Tripodi, Sales and Distribution Manager at Rainbow Fresh, shared her excitement about the new partnership.

“We are thrilled to support the Adelaide United Women’s team. Being a family business for 50 years, we’ve had our fair share of struggles and hardships. The strong support from our community and businesses has fuelled our determination and resilience. We are committed to giving back, and partnering with Adelaide United is a fantastic way to do just that.

“The values of Rainbow Fresh resonate deeply with those of Adelaide United’s Women’s team. We believe in teamwork, resilience, and community support, and we are dedicated to empowering young female athletes in our region” Tripodi added.

Head of Commercial at Adelaide United, Fabrizio Patrone is equally excited by the new partnership.

“Having Rainbow Fresh as our warm-up shirt sponsor is a significant milestone for us,” said Patrone. “Their commitment to local produce and community mirrors our dedication to nurturing local talent and promoting women’s football. We are excited to work together to inspire and engage with our fans and the wider community.”

Adelaide United’s Women’s side will wear the Rainbow Fresh sponsored warm-up shirt tomorrow in their 2024/25 season opener against Melbourne Victory at ServiceFM Stadium. Get your tickets here.
