Michael Marrone scored a rare goal and Apostolos Stamatelopoulos added a brace as the Reds raced out to a 3-0 lead in the first half against Wellington Phoenix. A red card to Stamatelopoulos soon after his second goal reduced Adelaide United to 10-men but they held on to secure a 3-1 win in Round 24 of the Hyundai A-League 2018/19 season at Coopers Stadium.
