Adelaide United is delighted to announce South Australian locals, Ryan Kitto, Nathan Konstandopoulos, and Nikola Mileusnic have signed contract extensions with the Club.
Kitto and Konstandopoulos have both put pen-to-paper on two-year extensions, meaning their new deals will run until the end of the Hyundai A-League 2019/20 season.
Kitto, 23, has enjoyed a breakout campaign this year, bagging four league goals in the opening 10 rounds of the season, all of which have contributed to wins for United.
Proclaiming his excitement of having his future secured at his hometown Club for the next two seasons, Kitto said: “I’m very excited because it’s obviously the Club I grew up loving and to know I’m going to be here for another two years is really great.
“This is something that I’m proud of and I’m really happy here with all the boys and the coaching staff and hopefully we can be successful in the near future.”

Konstandopoulos, who has also flourished since returning to his hometown Club from Brisbane Roar, has been a reliable option in midfield whenever called upon by Head Coach, Marco Kurz.
The 21-year-old has featured in a total of 13 matches this year, scoring one goal in the Reds’ 3-0 drubbing of Melbourne Victory in the Westfield FFA Cup Round of 16.
Konstandopoulos said he was proud to be continuing his career with Adelaide and is looking forward to a successful future with the Reds.
“I’m so proud to be a part of this great team, great Club, and knowing that I’m going to be here for the next two years is a dream,” he said.
“The boss (Kurz) and the boys are excellent and hopefully we can go on to achieve big things this season.”
Meanwhile, Mileusnic, 24, has agreed to a one-year extension, tying him to the Reds until the conclusion of the 2018/19 campaign.
This year, under the guidance of Kurz, Mileusnic has nailed down a starting berth and scored five goals and registered three assists in 15 appearances across all competitions.

Speaking on re-signing with the Club, Mileusnic, who bagged his first professional hat-trick against Heidelberg United in the Quarter Finals of the Westfield FFA Cup, said: “It feels awesome to sign with United again and it’s fantastic working with Marco and the rest of the team.
“The bunch of boys that we have here, they’re a very special group and I think we can do amazing things this season and beyond.”
Explaining why the Club opted to secure the futures of Kitto, Konstandopoulos, and Mileusnic, Kurz said the decision was simple.
“Ryan, Nathan, and Nikola are three young players with very big potentials,” he explained.
“We have seen what each of these players are capable of so far this season and we are excited about their futures.
“It is important to always have local players in a team and these are three very good local players.”
Adelaide United can also announce the signing of young goalkeeper, Isaac Richards, to a scholarship contract for the remainder of the 2017/18 season.
Richards has been training with the Club’s Hyundai A-League squad all season and regularly features for United’s Foxtel Y-League squad.
