Adelaide United is excited to announce the Club’s Alagich Vidmar Awards for the 2021/22 season will take place at Plant 4 Bowden on Sunday, 29 May.
This year’s event, presented by Oscar Hunt and NW Group, will begin from 6.30pm.
The Reds’ night of nights will see which two players from our women’s and men’s teams will claim the Club’s highest individual accolade, in the form of the Dianne Alagich Medal and the Aurelio Vidmar Medal.
Last year’s winner of the Dianne Alagich Medal was Dutch defender Maruschka Waldus, while Ben Halloran was bestowed the Aurelio Vidmar Medal after the pair enjoyed brilliant campaigns.
As always, several other awards will be presented on the night and they will include: the A-League Women and A-League Men Rising Stars, the Player’s Player from each side, the respective RAA Travel Members’ Player of the Year, Golden Boot awards, the Youth Player of the Year, Red Army Player of the Year awards, and the Remo Paris Club Person of the Year.
A Moment of the Year will also be decided by members from a shortlist of eight notable incidents from the season that was 2021/22.
