Adelaide United is excited to announce American forward, Veronica Latsko, has joined the Club’s Women’s team for the Westfield W-League 2018/19 season.
Latsko arrives on loan from National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) side Houston Dash.
The 22-year-old forward scored four goals in 21 matches with Dash and will strengthen Ivan Karlović’s offensive options for the upcoming campaign.
It was her first season in the American top-flight after previously bagging 26 goals in 93 matches during her college career with Virginia Cavaliers.

Karlović praised the addition of Latsko, highlighting her attacking prowess and creativity in advanced areas.
“Veronica is a quality player, who strengthens our side and options in the final third of the park,” Karlović said.
“In just her first season in the NWSL, she showcased what she is capable of and we hope we can further enhance that potential in another competitive W-League season.
“We’re excited to have her in our squad as we push for a successful season and I’m sure she’s raring to go.”
