Adelaide United Football Club expresses its deepest condolences to the family, friends, and work colleagues of Bill Spurr AO, who sadly passed away last night.
The Club’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Nathan Kosmina, said: “As Chairperson of Adelaide Venue Management (AVM), Bill was an avid follower of football in South Australia and a keen supporter of Adelaide United.
“Along with AVM’s CEO, Anthony Kirchner, and the broader staff, the relationship Bill fostered between AVM and Adelaide United has been and will continue to be of significant benefit to South Australian football.
“On behalf of everyone associated with Adelaide United, I want to pass on my most sincere condolences to Bill’s family and friends.”
