Laís dos Santos Araújo

A former youth international with the Seleção, Lais Araujo, arrives in Adelaide after spending most of 2019 playing in the Norwegian top-flight with Arna-Bjørnar, scoring two goals in 21 matches. The 23-year-old received her starting debut with the Reds in Round 2 against Sydney FC Women. She has also played in the Brazilian Women's National Championship with Sport Recife before returning to America and played collegiality with the University of Florida. During her two years with the Gators, she made 44 appearances, registering seven goals and seven assists.
