United Clubs Program Pass FAQ’s
A. You will be sent an email with a code to redeem your ticket via Ticketek. You will not be able to access
the game until you have received your complimentary ticket from Ticketek.
You will need a MyTicketek account to access your complimentary ticket.
A. You will only have access to attend the Adelaide United Home game listed on the email sent to you
directly from your club.
Once you receive your code, you can use it to redeem a complimentary ticket to the nominated match at Coopers Stadium.
A. You will redeem a ticket in GA South via Ticketek. The seating is unreserved in this area so you can sit anywhere you like within the stand.
A. No, we recommend redeeming your ticket via Ticketek as soon as possible. All matches are subject to capacity.
A. You can purchase additional tickets in GA South for the match you will be attending. Seating is unreserved so you can sit together in the Southern Stand.
A. Unfortunately, not. The tickets are only valid for one of the two nominated matches.
