The Reds held their school holiday clinic on Wednesday 14 January 2015 with a record attendance of over 170 kids attending.
Boys and girls from all over South Australia attended the clinic, which was held at the Raiders Football Club, State Sports Park, Gepps Cross.
The kids were put through their paces by Reds players and given tips on how to play the United Way.
Participants were coached on how to head the ball like Osama Malik, dribbling by Pablo Sanchez, possession by Marcelo Carrusca, tackling like Tarek Elrich and of course scoring the winning goal like Sergio Cirio.
Once all the coaching had finished all the players conducted a signing and photo session where all the kids could have photos and get memorabilia signed.
“I would just like to say thank you for making my 5 year old son Paul Chippett’s dream come true…after attending the soccer camp today he got to meet Marcelo. his hero and have his photo taken with him, it is something he will always treasure.”
Regards, Tony Chippett
