Incredible Isaías
There are not many things you can take for granted in life and more specifically football. But one certainty is Isaías’ tremendous effort when on the field no matter the circumstances.
The Spaniard has the expertise and nous to always have an influence on proceedings in some capacity. Whether it is scoring a trademark free-kick, executing the perfect pass or breaking up play, Isaías never shies away from the responsibility bestowed to him by the coaching staff.
Since joining the Reds in 2013, it is fair to say the creative enforcer has arguably been the Club’s most pivotal player. Between his duties of aptly screening the back four to being the linchpin in orchestrating Adelaide’s attacking play, the Spaniard has consequently endeared himself to the United faithful for his undeniable passion.
Isaías has taken the competition by storm during his time at Coopers Stadium. His incisive passing range to render opposition defences stationary in their tracks and the ability to nonchalantly switch the play with accurate diagonal 50 metre balls, as well as providing the necessary defensive cover is admirable.
