When does the 2023/24 Season begin for the A-League Women?

The first home match for the 2023/24 Season for the Women is on Sunday, 15 October 2023 against Canberra United at Coopers Stadium.

When are tickets for the 2023/24 Season on-sale via Ticketek?

Tickets for the season will be on-sale on the following dates:

A-League Women’s Opening Match:

Members Pre-Sale: Wednesday, 27 September 2023 (12pm)

General Public On-Sale: Thursday 28 September 2023 (12pm)

A-League Men + A-League Women (Block One):

When are the remaining matches for the A-League and A-League Women on-sale?

All remaining tickets for the 2023/24 Season for the A-League Men and A-League Women will be on sale in mid-December.

Are masks required in the stadium?

No, masks are not required to be worn in the stadium or moving around for beverages and food.

Do I have to be vaccinated to get into Coopers Stadium?

No, you do not have to be vaccinated to attend matches at Coopers Stadium.

How do I enter Coopers Stadium for A-League Men matches?

Titanium, Platinum, and Gold Reserved Seat holders will be able to scan into Coopers Stadium using their Membership Cards or match day ticket as normal via Gate 5. 

Silver Reserved Seat holders will enter through gate 10. 

Premium Red / GA South and GA North Members or ticket holders will also ALL enter through gate 10. However, GA North members ONLY can enter through gate 12 if they would like. 

How do I enter ServiceFM Stadium and Marden Sports Complex for the A-League Women matches?

A-League Women members can scan into Marden Sports Complex by using their membership cards via the gate next to the Box Office.

A-League Men Full Season Members can also can in with their membership card via the gate next to the Box Office to watch the women matches. 

How do I gain access into the stadium if I do not have my membership card yet?

If you have not yet received your 23/24 members pack, not to worry, you can still gain access into the game. You should have received a PDF of your membership e-card when your package was dispatched from our warehouse. 

Please use this digital copy of your membership card and scan at the gate on your mobile device to gain entry. This can also be printed off if need be.

If you are yet to receive an email regarding your membership package status, please contact our Members Services Team so we can take a further look into this. Alternatively, please visit us on match day in the Adelaide United Headquarters. We are open one hour prior to the game until kick-off.

As a member, do I get access to additional discounted tickets?

Yes, absolutely. There will be a period for members to purchase tickets at a discounted rate, prior to being on sale to the general public. You should have received a separate email from the club with a unique code and instructions on how to purchase additional discounted tickets through Ticketek if you would like.

If my membership is allocated in the Northern Stand, am I still able to gain access into the Southern Stand and vice versa?

Yes, if you are allocated in the GA North stand and would like to sit in GA South, you can move through the Eastern Stand to the other side. This is also the same if you are allocated in GA South. You can move through the Eastern Stand to sit in GA North instead.

While, this is applicable, when you come along to the game, you must enter through the gate advertised on the back of your membership card.

I am a Liberty Pass member, how do I gain access into the double header matches at Coopers Stadium?

Being a Liberty Pass member, you have access to all A-League Women’s matches. This also includes the three double header matches. If you would like to attend either of the matches, you will need to REDEEM a ticket via Ticketek using your barcode. Your barcode can be found on your digital e-card or on the back of your physical card.

Please enter the barcode into the section on Ticketek which says ‘If you have a password, please enter it here’ then click ‘Unlock Tickets’.

This ticket will be located in the GA North or GA South area. The ticket is complimentary and allows you access into the Women’s match, followed by the Men’s match.

Please note, if you do not redeem a ticket via Ticketek, you will not be able to enter the match using your Liberty Pass. We need you to redeem a ticket for capacities reasons.

I am an A-League Women’s member, how do I access the three Double Header matches at Coopers Stadium?

Your 2023/24 membership barcode will be uploaded to Ticketek for all three double header matches. This means you can simply scan in with your membership card at Coopers Stadium. Please enter through Gate 10 and sit in the Premium Red section.

You are welcome to attend the Women’s match and then stay to watch the Men’s match. The Premium Red section is General Admission and located in the Eastern Grandstand.

I am an away fan, how can I purchase a ticket for a game at Coopers Stadium?

If you are an away fan, you can purchase a ticket to our home matches by entering the code AWAYBAYSUPPORT2324 in the password section on Ticketek. This will open the Away Bay.

I have bought a ticket but cannot find it, what do I do?

No problem, simply see the staff at the Box Office on match day and we can reprint your tickets for you. All you need is your name and details as they match your Ticketek account.

Can I upgrade my membership on game day?

You sure can! Simply head to the Box Office on game day and you will be required to pay a small fee. You can upgrade your membership from general admission to a reserved seat. Prices are dependent on the area you select.

Can an Adult use a Childs membership ticket?

You will need to pay a small fee to the Box Office staff on game day. Please note this cannot be done in advance of game day. If you are in a reserved seat, you will keep the same seat.

Do I have to enter through the gate listed on my ticket?

Yes, gates are allocated to make it easier for you once you enter the stadium.

Can I purchase merchandise at the game?

Absolutely. There are several Adelaide United merchandise outlets located throughout the stadium.

Are there restrictions on what I bring into Coopers Stadium?
