Off the back of the Matildas heroics during the most recent FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023, the Liberty A-League 2023/24 season is set to be the biggest and best yet.
Adrian Stenta’s side will launch its Liberty A-League 2023/24 season against Canberra United at Coopers Stadium. Additionally, there will also be double headers at Coopers Stadium, where both the women’s and men’s sides will display their skills in front of the passionate Red’s supporters.
2023/24 season fixture highlights:
- Standalone match at Coopers Stadium (Round 1)
- Three double headers, (Round 2, 15, 19)
- Original Rivalry double header (Round 19)
- Three Friday evening home games
- Five Saturday home games
- Three Sunday home games
Head Coach, Adrian Stenta, said: “We could not be more excited to kick off our campaign.
“As a Club, we are all raring and primed to make this our best season yet.
“We have got a strong core and have great chemistry which will hold us in good stead.”
Captain, Isabel Hodgson, said: “We are entering this season with renewed enthusiasm and a burning desire to succeed.

“The competition has gotten stronger, but so have we — we have a point to prove.”
