Adelaide United has been forced into at least two changes for Thursday night’s Isuzu UTE A-League match against Wellington Phoenix with midfielder Johnny Yull and goalkeeper Joe Gauci confirmed absentees.
Yull has entered concussion protocols after sitting out the second half of his side’s loss to Melbourne Victory last Saturday, while Gauci is away with the Socceroos preparing for the 2023 AFC Asian Cup in Qatar.
Head coach Carl Veart has brought Steven Hall into the squad as cover for Gauci with Ben Warland, Josh Cavallo and Fabian Talladira also included for the game at Coopers Stadium.
Veart will settle on his final 18-man side 90 minutes before the 7:15pm ACDT kick-off. Tickets are available here.
