Adelaide United’s Men’s and Women’s teams will go head-to-head with the RAA NPLSA and Go Sunny Solar WNPL Team of the Year in two exciting All-Star Series matches at ServiceFM Stadium. The Women’s match kicks off on Sunday, 22nd September at 2:00 PM, followed by the Men’s clash on Friday, 27th September at 7:30 PM.
The events will showcase the best local football talent, bringing together the Adelaide United community and the National Premier Leagues South Australia (NPLSA) in a celebration of the sport.
The NPL All-Star teams have been selected based on coaches’ votes for the 2024 Team of the Year. Top up players have been selected by the All-Star coaches to complete the squad. The coaches of the All-Star teams have been awarded to the 2024 Premiers for the RAA NPL and Go Sunny Solar WNPL competition.
The matches mark the first public game since the 2019 Bushfire Relief match at Marden Sports Complex. With the potential to become an annual fixture, this event offers fans a unique opportunity to witness top-tier football talent in a community-centred environment.
Tickets to the All-Star Series will be available at the gate for a gold coin donation. In the event of a draw, both matches will be decided by a penalty shootout, adding an extra layer of excitement for fans.
Adelaide United CEO, Nathan Kosmina, emphasised the importance of the match.
“This game is a fantastic opportunity to bring together the NPL communities and Adelaide United. It’s not just about competition, but about celebrating local clubs and the talent that South Australia has to offer.

The NPL All-Star teams will be announced in the coming days via the Football South Australia website and social media pages. The teams will don a special commemorative black strip for the occasion.
