Adelaide United can confirm midfielder Stefan Mauk has permanently departed the Club to join Công An Hà Nội FC in Vietnam.
The transfer has been completed on a mutual basis, with Công An Hà Nội FC taking up the option to buy that was included in the agreement when Mauk joined the Vietnamese side on loan at the beginning of the 2025/26 season.
Mauk, who grew up in Adelaide, made 107 appearances for the Reds across three spells, scoring 26 goals and playing an important role in the Club’s historic 2015/16 Premiership and Championship-winning campaign.
Adelaide United thanks Stefan for his contribution to the Club and wishes him all the best for the next chapter of his career.
