Registrations are now open for the new Adelaide United FC Soccer School.
Directed by former Reds midfielder Lucas Pantelis, the newly established Adelaide United Soccer School will emphasise the development of fundamental football skills in a fun and enjoyable environment.
The School, which is for boys and girls aged 5-16 (the 5-7 age group being held at the central zone only), will have a focus on nurturing freedom of expression and participation in the hope of identifying local stars of the future.
Pantelis has developed a new and invigorated program which aims to teach young players the basic skill of football in the Adelaide United environment. Using the small sided format and emphasising four key skills incorporated by the FFA vision and philosophy – first touch, running with the ball, shooting & passing, and 1v1.
“I aim to teach young players the discipline and commitment of being an elite soccer player whilst developing their skills,” Pantelis said.
The School runs over ten weeks with participants having the option of attending one of three locations across Adelaide.
Term 1 commences on Friday 25 February 2013, while Term 4 begins on Monday 14 October.
Cost is just $390.00 per term (including GST) discounts apply for members & siblings.
