Adelaide United FC continues to enhance its playing roster for next season with former fan favourite Bruce Djite set to join the Reds from July 1.

Djite comes back to Hindmarsh after returning to the Hyundai A-League for Gold Coast United midway through the 2010/11 season after parting ways with Turkish giant Gençlerbirligi.

The striker has signed a three year deal and makes the move to Adelaide United with Gold Coast team mate Zenon Caravella. Djite-s acquisition is set to make the Reds one of the most formidable attacking forces in the competition as he teams up with Hyundai A-League 2010/11 Golden Boot Winner Sergio van Dijk.

With appearances for the Qantas Socceroos to his name, as well as two seasons abroad, Djite arrives for his second stint with the Reds as a more experienced campaigner and is sure to be welcomed back with open arms by the Reds faithful.

Djite scored 10 goals in 22 games for Gold Coast United in 2010/11. He is currently on loan to Chinese Super League club Jiangsu Sainty.
