Adelaide United is excited to confirm the Club has re-signed duo, Georgia Campagnale and Chelsie Dawber, to the Club for the Westfield W-League 2018/19 campaign.
The pair return to the Reds for the upcoming season having recently plied their trade with Adelaide City in the Women’s National Premier League SA over the off-season.
Campagnale has been with Adelaide since the 2014/15 season and has developed into one of the team’s most consistent defenders.
The 21-year-old played all 12 matches with United last season, while accumulating a total of 37 Westfield W-League games in her career to date.
Meanwhile, Dawber returns after featuring in nine matches with United in her maiden season last year.
The talented midfielder, who was called-up to the Young Matildas squad earlier this year, also scored the decisive goal in a 1-0 win for City against Metro United in the WNPL Grand Final at Coopers Stadium in early-September.

Head Coach, Ivan Karlović, was delighted to secure the duo for another season, saying: “It’s fantastic to have Georgia and Chelsie returning to Adelaide United for another W-League season.
“Both girls were standouts in Adelaide City’s WNPL Grand Final win and had been all season.
“Georgia comes back to the Reds after a number of impressive years with us and has continuously shown her versatility playing a number of different positions.
“She has worked extremely hard in the off season to improve her game.
“The same can be said about Chelsie, who had a very good first season with us last year and continued her good form into the WNPL season.
“Chelsie has fantastic potential and we are looking at her progressing further following her first season last year.”
