Adelaide United have been busy giving back to the community across the past two months to begin 2019, visiting several local clubs, schools and supporting events.
Brickworks signing session
Adelaide United trio, Carlo Armiento, Louis D’Arrigo and Kristin Konstandopoulos attended Brickworks Marketplace for a signing session on Thursday, 17 January. More than 150 people were in attendance as the boys interacted with fans, signed autographs and posed for photos with the FFA Cup trophy on display.
United Club Visit – West Adelaide
As part of the United Club Visits program, presented by the Motor Accident Commission, Reds attackers, George Blackwood and Ken Ilsø attended a training session at West Adelaide Soccer Club on Tuesday, 12 February. The pair had lots of fun, answering questions about life as a professional footballer, and signed autographs while providing tips on technique and skills during certain drills.
Pembroke Old Scholars AGM
On Monday 25, February, Pembroke Old Scholars held their Annual General Meeting ahead of the new season. In attendance was the FFA Cup trophy which was on show for fans to take photos and see the iconic piece of silverware in all its glory.
