The Australian Professional Leagues (APL) can tonight confirm the fixture details for leg two of the Ninja A-League Women Semi Finals.
Premiers, Melbourne City played out a 2-2 draw in the first leg of their Semi Final clash against Central Coast Mariners on Saturday afternoon to extend their historic unbeaten run. Melbourne City will now face the Central Coast Mariners at ctrl:cyber Pitch on Sunday 11 May with a win seeing them host the Ninja A-League Women 2025 Grand Final.
In the other Semi Final, Melbourne Victory will take a two goal lead into the return leg after an enthralling 3-1 win over Adelaide United at Coopers Stadium. The Reds will now travel to Melbourne to take on Victory at the Home of the Matildas on Saturday 10 May with a chance to lock in their first ever Grand Final appearance. If Melbourne Victory win through, it will be their first Ninja A-League Grand Final appearance since 2022, and will host the showpiece event if rivals Melbourne City fail to qualify.
The winners of each two-legged Semi Final will qualify for the Ninja A-League Women 2025 Grand Final, with the highest placed team earning the right to host the Grand Final, which is set to be played on Saturday 17 May or Sunday 18 May.
Ticket details for next weekend’s Semi Final leg two fixtures are as follows:
1. Melbourne City vs Central Coast Mariners: member pre-sale begins at 8:30am ACST on Tuesday 6 May, and for the general public from 4:30pm ACST.
2. Melbourne Victory vs Adelaide United: member pre-sale begins at 2:30pm ACST Tuesday 6 May, with general public tickets going on sale from 2:30pm ACST Wednesday 7 May.
