Alagich Vidmar 2024/25 Youth Player of the Year: Harry Crawford and Ryan White

Adelaide United is pleased to announce Harry Crawford and Ryan White as joint winners of the 2024/25 Youth Player of the Year Award.

The Youth Player of the Year Award is bestowed upon the player who has been the best and most consistent performer across our youth setup. The award recognises the efforts of our youth players across both the 2024 RAA NPLSA and Reserves seasons and the 2024/25 Isuzu UTE A-League season.

The award recipient is chosen by a panel of coaching staff from our youth team based on the player with the most impressive breakout season. Past winners of the accolade include inaugural winner, Michael Marrone, Jordan Elsey, Awer Mabil, Louis D’Arrigo, Jonny Yull, Luka Jovanović, and last year’s winner, Panagiotis Kikianis.

Head Coach of Adelaide United’s Youth side, Airton Andrioli was not short of praise for both young talents:

“I am extremely proud of these boys — they represent the essence of what we want our players to be: determined, humble, and committed. That’s why they have such bright futures ahead of them. Winning the Adelaide United Young Player of the Year Awards reflects the effort and consistency Harry and Ryan have shown throughout the season.

“Their performances in both NPL and A-League programs have set a strong example for others, and they’ve embraced every challenge with genuine dedication. They carry themselves with maturity and a real willingness to learn, which speaks volumes about their character and potential.”
