Carl Veart has named his first squad for the 2023/24 Isuzu UTE A-League season including new recruit Ryan Tunnicliffe.
Tunnicliffe arrived in Adelaide last month from Portsmouth in England’s League One but the central midfielder boasts a strong pedigree across 350 games of professional football including stints at English Premier League clubs Fulham and Manchester United.
As well as the Englishman, the side features a good mix of youth and experience, to be led by new captain Ryan Kitto.
Veart’s side will face reigning champions Central Coast from 7:15pm in a double header at Coopers Stadium that will see the respective women’s sides kicking off at 4:30pm.
