Duo return as Verbeek names squad for Sydney clash

Gertjan Verbeek has named his extended squad for Adelaide United’s clash against Sydney FC on Saturday night.

The Reds have just one win in their past four matches, and know they will have their work cut out when they tackle the ladder leaders.

Riley McGree and Kristian Opseth have both been included in the preliminary squad after overcoming respective injuries, while goalkeeper Dakota Ochsenham has been promoted.

Al Hassan Toure and Daniel Marguš are both unavailable due to international duty with Australia U-23 for the AFC U-23 Championship in Thailand.
