Fifteen Adelaide United Youth players have been selected to attend the Adelaide U19 Talent ID Sessions held later this month.
The two day identification camp will occur between 23-24 April at the Valo Football Centre and run by the Young Socceroos coaching staff.
The purpose of these sessions is to identify players who could potentially play a role in the Young Socceroos squad for the impending AFC U19 Championships which is the qualifying tournament for the FIFA U20 World Cup in 2019.
Adelaide United is well represented with 15 of the 25 players chosen hail from the Club’s Youth Team and Reserves sides.
The likes of Apostolos Stamatelopoulos, Lachlan Brook and Pacifique Niyongabire have all tasted first-team football with the Reds and have gained selection.
Meanwhile, young NPL stars, Carlo Armiento, Louis D’Arrigo and Ninko Beric are some of the other players included.
