Adelaide United is excited to welcome Foodbank to Coopers Stadium this Sunday, 16 December when we host Melbourne City in Round 8 of the Hyundai A-League.
Adelaide United and Foodbank call on South Australians to ‘Share What they CAN’ and donate a Can or Coin to help feed those in need this Christmas.
To get through the busy festive season, Foodbank are in desperate need of key pantry staples such as: Tuna, Pasta/Pasta sauce, Tinned vegetables or fruit, Spreads (Vegemite, jam etc), UHT Milk and cereal. In addition, for every $2 donated, Foodbank will be able to put four meals on the table of those in need.
The amazing Foodbank volunteers will be at the gates on Manton and Holden Streets this Sunday from 5pm collecting all donations.
We looking forward to the support of Reds fans and raising much needed coins and cans for those in need.
Adelaide United host Melbourne City in Round 8 of the Hyundai A-League 2018/19 season on Sunday, 16 December at Coopers Stadium. Kick-off is at 6.30pm ACDT. Gates open 5.30pm. Don’t forget to bring your ball for a kick on the pitch after the game!
