Zenon Caravella and Dario Vidosic will both reach significant Hyundai A-League milestones if they take the field against Melbourne Victory on Friday night.
Caravella is currently on 99 Hyundai A-League appearances and needs one more to reach the magical 100, while Vidosic is one game off making his 50th appearance.
Both Caravella and Vidosic-s tallies comprise of games for other clubs. Caravella played 21 games for the defunct New Zealand Knights before making 52 appearances for Gold Coast United, another club that is no longer in the competition. Currently he sits on 26 Hyundai A-League matches for the Reds, leaving him with one more to reach 100.
Prior to joining the Reds, Vidosic played one season at Brisbane Roar in 2006/07, in which he made 17 appearances and scored five goals. This goes with 32 games and 10 goals he has scored to date in the Hyundai A-League for Adelaide United.
Vidosic is hoping to prove his fitness and has overcome a knee injury in order to be considered for selection to face the Victory, while Caravella will be hoping to retain his place in the team after making his first appearance for the season in the loss to the Central Coast Mariners last weekend.
The Reds will have a final training session in the morning before Coach John Kosmina finalises his side for Friday night-s game.
