Reds’ remaining Isuzu UTE A-League fixtures released

The remaining fixtures of the Isuzu UTE A-League 2021/22 season have been released by the Australian Professional Leagues, with Adelaide United kicking off the New Year in style.

The first six rounds of the competition were revealed in September and now the rest of the matches have been confirmed with the majority of United’s home games occurring on Friday and Saturday nights which is sure to delight fans.

The Reds host Wellington Phoenix on New Year’s Day in a Saturday night kick-off and will hope to launch 2022 on the right foot.

Round 9 sees United travel interstate for its only Original Rivalry clash on the road this season.

Two home games in quick succession follow, as Adelaide welcomes Melbourne City on Saturday, 15 January before facing Western Sydney Wanderers four days later in a midweek cracker.

Carl Veart’s charges commence February by entertaining Sydney FC in the City of Churches on Friday, 4 February.

The Reds will get to enjoy a second double header for the season on Saturday, 26 February with our A-League Women’s side preceding the men’s encounter against Central Coast Mariners.

United start the Adelaide Cup long weekend at Coopers Stadium against Newcastle Jets on Friday, March 11.

Adelaide begin April with another instalment of the Original Rivalry in what promises to be an enthralling Saturday night contest at Coopers Stadium and then follow that up with another home fixture against Macarthur FC on Friday, 8 April.

The South Australians close out the campaign with back-to-back Saturday night home matches against Western United and Brisbane Roar.
