A disciplined performance will be the key to beating Perth Glory in their Hyundai A-League 2018/19 Semi-final clash, according to Marco Kurz.
The Reds come into the match at HBF Park on Friday night after just a four-day break, however the German said the team is doing everything it can to recover in time.
Adelaide travelled to Perth on Wednesday afternoon to maximise their preparation for a game which will see them reach the Grand Final with a win.
“I think it’s normal they looked a little bit tired but we did the best we could to recover the boys,” Kurz told reporters at a press conference at Coopers Stadium.
“We travel earlier to Perth so they’ve a lot of rest… I think we’re ready for Friday.”

Perth were the best side in the regular season on their way to clinching the premiers plate, as Tony Popovic’s outfit suffered just three defeats all season.
In their three meetings this season, the Reds suffered a pair of 2-0 home losses and a 0-0 away draw.
Kurz said defensively they must be sound against a team that is not only themselves resolute but also boast an abundance of attacking quality.
Adelaide will need to be wary of the likes of Chris Ikonomidis, Diego Castro and Andy Keogh, but can take confidence from the fact they have kept four clean sheets in the preceding six games.
“I think you’ve to stay very compact and work very hard against the ball like we did in the last game,” he said.
“We need good defence work and also we must create good runs in the offensive phase.
“Perth is a very organised team, a very fit team with a lot of quality in the offence.
“We must play a fantastic game and maybe in these kind of games in the semi-finals – that’s my experience – you also need a little bit of game luck, a very good referee for both sides.”
