After clinching top spot in its group at the end of the AFC Champions League Group Stage, Adelaide United FC has secured a home game in the knockout Round of 16 against Japanese giants Nagoya Grampus at Hindmarsh Stadium on Tuesday May 29 2012.

The winner of this do-or-die battle will progress to the Quarter Finals in September, while the loser-s AFC Champions League campaign will come to an end.

After being edged out by Jeonbuk Motors in an extra time thriller in the Round of 16 back in 2010, the Reds are determined to continue their giant killing run in 2012 and try to replicate the phenomenal efforts which saw the club reach the AFC Champions League Final in 2008.

This match is one not to be missed, so make sure you secure your ticket to what is sure to be yet another memorable night at Hindmarsh Stadium.

For the Round of 16 encounter, Adelaide United members and season ticket holders will be able to purchase tickets in a special priority period from 12pm, Monday 21 May 2012.

Tickets will go on sale to general public from 9am Thursday 24 May 2012.

All 2011/12 GOLD Season Tickets holders may not be able to book their regular seat for this match due to the ticketing requirements set by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and the Word Sport Group (WSG). As part of our participation in the ACL, we are required to provide them with reserved seats as specified by the WSG. Tickets will therefore be allocated on a next best available basis.

Season Ticket holders must be able to present their 2011/12 season ticket card, or quote their season ticket number at the time of purchase. Members will need to quote their membership number.

In creating a priority period, we have tried to design a system that is fair and equitable to all season ticket holders. The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and World Sport Group (WSG) own all rights to the AFC Champions League, and as such, are required to be given first rights to ticketing. As a result of the ticketing requirements set out by the AFC and the WSG, Season ticket holders may not be able to book their regular seat for ACL matches. Tickets will therefore be allocated to members on a next best available basis.
