Tickets for Adelaide United’s Elimination Final on Friday, 5 May 2023 at 7:15pm ACST at Coopers Stadium will go on sale to members via Ticketek from Monday, 1 May 2023.
There will be member priority purchase periods for Adelaide United members prior to tickets going on sale to the general public.
The Same Seat (Reserved) Member purchase period is open from 12:00pm ACST on Monday, 1 May 2023 for Platinum, Gold and Silver members and will run until 12:00pm ACST on Tuesday, 2 May 2023.
The General Admission Member purchase period then opens from 12:00pm ACST on Monday, 1 May 2023 for all Premium Red GA and North and South GA members and will run until 12:00pm ACST on Tuesday, 2 May 2023.
General public tickets will then be made available from 3:00pm ACST on Tuesday, 2 May 2023.
There is a limit of one ticket per eligible membership, with a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction.
All eligible members will receive an email communicating the ticket on sale links and code prior to the on-sale period.
Access to finals tickets is determined by the type of membership package held. Reserve seat members WIIL BE given the option to purchase their same seat for Finals but MUST do so in the nominated Same Seat On-sale window.
Members will receive access to purchase one ticket per eligible membership package held unless advised otherwise. The cost of tickets is in addition to membership fees. You will receive one unique member code or password per eligible membership package.
2023 A-LEAGUE FINALS TICKETING FAQs
A. You will need to enter your membership barcode into the password box displayed on the event page.
Membership barcodes can be found on the back of your 2022/23 membership card or on the email sent to you by the Club.
A. All 22/23 members will be sent an email from the club with all the information they need to know for purchasing tickets.
For ALL Adelaide United Reserved Seat members wanting to purchase their SAME SEAT, you will need to enter your membership barcode into the password section on Ticketek.
A. Your membership barcode can be found on the back of your 22/23 physical/digital membership card down the bottom or via the email sent to all members of Adelaide United that will be sent on Sunday 30 April 2023.
A. Online via the Ticketek Website – enter your membership barcode.
Visit a Ticketek agency – provide your membership barcode to the customer operator.
Please note Adelaide United offices ARE NOT a Ticketek agency.
If you are an Adelaide United Reserved Seat member (Platinum/Gold/Silver) and would like to purchase your same seat, please follow the instructions in your member email.
General Admission members will have the opportunity to upgrade to a reserve seat at the time of their members presale.
Your reserved members seat for the Isuzu UTE A-League 2022/23 Season will be held for you for the duration of the same seat purchase window.
Your exclusive redemption window to purchase tickets at a Member discounted rate runs from 12pm ACST on Monday, 1 May 2023 until 11:59am ACST on Tuesday, 2 May 2023.
You may purchase tickets after this time however you will not be able to select your same seat.

A. Yes, however all passwords must be from consecutive seats if you wish to purchase in one transaction. You will need to enter the member’s password for each seat you wish to purchase.

A.The ticketing system is very specific, you will need to ensure that you enter the passwords for consecutive seats in your group membership to ensure you are seated next to each other.
This information will be sent to you in the email from Adelaide United. If you did not receive this email, please confirm with the Primary member of your group as they may have received it on your behalf.
A. The only way to purchase your same seat is by the link in the email you will receive and entering your member password. This email will be sent to you directly from the club.
Same seat tickets CANNOT be purchased directly from the Ticketek website.
A. Yes, you can purchase up to 10 tickets per transaction on a best available basis. Please note this is unlikely to be seated next to your same seat.
A. Additional tickets must be purchased in a separate transaction. Note, it is unlikely to be seated next to your reserved member seat.
A. The ticketing system will not display your seat numbers on your email confirmation; it will only display the dollar amount of your purchase.
Once the tickets are sent out you will receive a second confirmation email with your ticketing details and your tickets attached.
A. Your exclusive redemption window with member discount runs from 12:00pm ACST on Monday, 1 May 2023 until 11.59am ACST on Tuesday, 2 May 2023.
You may purchase in the general public window; however, the member discount will no longer apply.
We can also not guarantee that after the pre-sale closes, you can still get your same seat and we recommend you purchase as soon as tickets go on-sale to the General Public to avoid disappointment.
A. The ticketing system will not display your seat numbers on your email confirmation; it will only display the dollar amount of your purchase. Once the General Public tickets go on sale you will receive your tickets, these tickets will be for your regular season seat at Adelaide United home games.
A. Tickets go on-sale to the General Public at 3:00pm ACST on Tuesday, 2 May 2023.
A. Make sure you are not refreshing the screen (this may accidently retire your barcode). Do not add spaces in your barcode.
