Do members have to pay for finals tickets?
As per the Terms and Conditions of 21/22 membership, Isuzu UTE A-League Finals Series Matches are not included in the membership. This means members will have to purchase tickets for this match and will be unable to scan in with their membership card.

When can I purchase my tickets?
Wednesday, 11 May 2022 2.30pm: 21/22 Adelaide United Corporate, Platinum and Gold Members Pre-Sale
If you are a Platinum or Gold member you will get first priority to purchase tickets in all areas by entering your membership barcode into the password section on Ticketek.
Wednesday, 11 May 2022 3.30pm 21/22 Adelaide United General Admission and Active Support Members Pre-Sale
If you are a General Admission member you can purchase tickets in all areas by entering your membership barcode into the password section on Ticketek, but after the Platinum and Gold priority window.
If you hold an Active Support membership you can only purchase tickets in General Admission or Active Support at the same time as General Admission members.

Where can I find my membership barcode?
Your membership barcode is located on the back of your 21/22 physical/digital membership card down the bottom.
How do I purchase tickets?
· Online via the Ticketek Website – enter your membership barcode
· Visit a Ticketek agency – provide your membership barcode to the customer operator
How many tickets can I purchase per membership barcode?
If you are purchasing for others, by entering one membership barcode, you can purchase up to 10 tickets.
However, Active Support members can only purchase up to 6 tickets for the Away Bay.
Can I still purchase tickets once the member pre-sale closes?
Yes, you can still purchase tickets once the membership pre-sale closes for your membership category, however the tickets will not be at a discounted rate.
What do I do if my membership barcode doesn’t work when entered into Ticketek?
If you have issues entering your membership barcode into Ticketek, please reach out to the club who will be able to provide you with a spare code to purchase tickets.
