How do I gain access into the stadium if I do not have my membership card yet?

If you have not yet received your 21/22 members pack, not to worry, you can still gain access into the game. You should have received a PDF of your membership e-card when your package was dispatched from our warehouse.

Please use this digital copy of your membership card and scan at the gate on your mobile device to gain entry. This can also be printed off if need be.

If you are yet to receive an email regarding your membership package status, please contact our Members Services Team so we can take a further look into this.

If my membership is allocated in the Northern Stand, am I still able to gain access into the Southern Stand?

Unfortunately, no. If your membership has been allocated in the Northern Stand, you will be unable to gain access into the Southern Stand.
