biography-icon Biography

Ryan Kitto joined the Reds ahead of the 2016/17 after signing from Newcastle Jets. Kitto, a local South Australian, was previously part of the Reds’ Youth Team and in the 2013/14 season, he appeared twice for United as a second-half substitute. Both senior appearances occurred against the Central Coast Mariners. Kitto is renowned as an incredibly hard worker and can play on either flank with ease as well as at left-back. The 27-year-old enjoyed a productive season in front of goal in 2017/18, scoring 7 times. He has since amassed over 100 appearances, and became the 10th Red to register at least 120 games for the Club.
