NPLSA Round 21 Recap: Young Reds fall short to Comets despite late fightback

In the penultimate round of the season, Adelaide United Youth lost 2-1 to Adelaide Comets at Jack Smith Park on Saturday. Substitute Musa Toure was on target 12 minutes from time but the damage had already been inflicted. Allan Welsh and Ninko Beric had the visitors two goals to the good by the 32nd minute and in fairness did not look like surrendering their lead.

How to watch the FFA Cup in 2021

The FFA Cup Final Rounds are fast approaching, and there will be a new way to watch Australia's premier club knockout competition in 2021! In June, Football Australia announced a landmark media rights agreement with 10 ViacomCBS for the broadcast of matches of the Australian National Teams and the FFA Cup. And with the deal commencing on 1 August 2021, it means the FFA Cup will be one of the first live football competitions shown under the new agreement.

Adelaide United Youth has taken a massive step towards securing its top-flight status for next season with a plucky 3-2 win over MetroStars on Saturday. Adelaide United Youth has been held to a 1-1 draw with Adelaide Olympic, snapping a four-game losing streak in the process. Jonny Yull continued his strong run of form, breaking the deadlock thanks to his fifth goal of the season.
